David Faulkner: Director and Consultant

David Faulkner is one of the most popular personalities within the Property Management industry throughout New Zealand and his passion for the industry shines through. He is an industry leader working with REINZ and the NZ Realtors group. With over a decade of experience within the industry, David has done it all, from hands-on Property Management to leading a team of over 40 Property Managers. David has also overseen a number of rent roll acquisitions and is an expert in this field.

David is a widely recognized speaker and trainer. As a qualified assessor, he has played an integral part in the development of both the NZRPM Level 3 and 4 qualifications. David is also an award-winning Toastmaster and made it to the National Final of the 2012 Humorous Speech contest.

Away from the industry, David dedicates his time not only to his family but also the local community where he has coached numerous children’s sports teams and is a qualified rugby referee.

John Crocker: Head of Brokerage

John Crocker has been at the forefront of the industry since the mid-1970’s and has been widely recognised as the industry leader for over 25 years. Founder of the Crocker Property Group, he was also Managing Director of Bayleys Property Services before taking up the full-time business consultancy in 2005.

John is now the Principal and focuses on rent roll brokerage. John has a long and successful relationship with clients across New Zealand and is up to date with all of the latest trends and issues in your area.

John became a member of the Real Estate Institute New Zealand in 1978 and a Certified Property Manager (Institute of Real Estate Management – IREM USA) in 1990. Rachel Shepherd: Human Resource Consultant

After Rachel gained her degree in Human Resource Management at Massey University, she completed a contract role with the New Zealand Police in Position Management and Job Evaluation. This experience piloted seven successful years in the Recruitment industry.

Combined with 12 years in the hospitality profession and 5 years as an HR Consultant, Rachel has gained valuable experience in employee/employer relations and provides value added HR expertise to our clients.
