Ella Faulkner

Client Support

New to the industry Ella joined Real iQ in mid 2020 as the Client Support but has already proven herself a valuable member of the team. Through this job, she has helped trainees with their problems and questions as well as checking up on them to ensure their progress through their training with Real iQ. Along with supporting trainees in their courses Ella additionally does such tasks as writing the weekly Digital Bootcamp newsletters that contains the modules webinars. This task also goes alongside data entry, getting every individual in our system and confirming all their details are up to date. This is a long job but Ella does this to verify that all trainees are included in the extra resources we have to offer, making sure nobody misses out on the chance to learn more. Making sure all modules are on our technological platforms and are up to date Ella edits both the Real iQ website, our social media platforms and newsletters. Despite the fact only working in the industry for a little over a year Ella has been proven herself through her dedication towards the job and her need to learn more.

Julia Day

Trainer & Assessor

Julia Day was one of New Zealand’s first qualified Property Managers and became a workplace assessor at Property Brokers soon after. Julia has worked with David for nearly 10 years, helping him grow on of New Zealand’s largest privately owned rent rolls. Julia is reunited with David and looks after many of the trainees who are completing the New Zealand Residential Property Management qualification. Julia comes from a family of property investors and also has an extensive background in insurance so Property Management came naturally for Julia.
