Working with the Ministry of Social Development to bring you this new Apprenticeship Programme

Real iQ is working with the Ministry of Social Development and the Mana in Mahi incentive to bring you the Property Management Apprenticeship Programme (PMAP).

The property management industry struggles to retain talent due to financial constraints making employment of trainees restrictive. Recruitment is usually rushed, along with onboarding lacking structure. This results in new recruits not getting the support they need.

Real iQ’s vision is to grow the industry and develop a professional and skilled workforce. We love to promote our industry as a viable and fun career while giving Property Managers the tools they need to succeed.

Mana in Mahi "Strength in Work"

Mana in Mahi is an initiative funded by the Ministry of Social Development to support young people into full-time work. It supports them to achieve a formal industry qualification or apprenticeship and also helps businesses to grow.

Real iQ will be working with Mana in Mahi to bring support and funding for Property Management employers looking for new recruits in the industry. The incentive will provide help with recruiting, wage subsidies, training funding and ongoing support for both the employers and employees.
